Paula Albright
ACP, FCP, FRP, Senior Paralegal
Ms. Albright has been a paralegal for more than 30 years, specializing in the areas of estate, trust, and guardianship litigation. She is certified by the National Association of Legal Assistants (“NALA”) and the Paralegal Association of Florida and is a Florida Registered Paralegal pursuant to Rule 20 of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar. She has also been awarded an Advanced Certification by the National Association of Legal Assistants in discovery. Ms. Albright is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section (“RPPTL”) of the Florida Bar.
A frequent lecturer on the topics of estate administration, litigation, ethics and professionalism, Ms. Albright has also served in a variety of leadership roles in the education and legal community in Palm Beach County; most recently serving as Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Paralegal Committee (2021-2022). She holds a bachelor’s degree from Strayer University in Criminal Justice (concentration: Statistics and Data Mapping), graduating magna cum laude, and is currently pursuing a master’s in business administration (concentration: human resources) at the Jack Welch Management Institute with an expected graduation date of April 2024.
