Braelyn V. Saumure

Ms. Braelyn Saumure joined Kitroser Lewis & Mighdoll in February 2026, where her practice primarily focuses on estate planning, guardianship, probate and trust administration.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Saumure practiced in estate, trust and guardianship administration and litigation, as well as commercial litigation. She also gained experience in first-party insurance defense, managing a full caseload from inception through mediation and trial preparation.

Ms. Saumure received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida, majoring in both History and International Studies. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2022, graduating cum laude.

During law school, Ms. Saumure was a legal intern with the Human Rights Clinic, where she was later selected as a Clinic Fellow. She was also awarded the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement. In addition, she was a member of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review and served as a Student Ambassador.

Ms. Saumure further developed her legal experience as a law clerk with Coast-to-Coast Legal Aid of South Florida, where she worked on matters involving senior issues, housing, public benefits, and other critical areas aimed at ensuring equal access to justice.
