Sarenna M. Nath earned her juris doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2020 and her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology & Archaeology from the College of Charleston in 2015.
Ms. Nath began her legal career in criminal law as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney, where she handled both misdemeanor and felony prosecutions from intake to verdict. She developed extensive courtroom experience through jury and bench trials and gained expertise in trial advocacy, legal research, case preparation, motion practice, plea negotiations, and supporting victims throughout the legal process.
Prior to her time in criminal law, Ms. Nath served as a Law Clerk in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office, assisting with civil and criminal cases involving Medicaid fraud and vulnerable adult abuse. She also volunteered with the Court Appointed Special Advocate program in Richland County, South Carolina advocating for children in family court proceedings.
Ms. Nath now brings her litigation experience and commitment to serving clients to Kitroser Lewis & Mighdoll, where she focuses on guardianship advocacy along with estate, probate, trust, and guardianship litigation. She is dedicated to guiding individuals and families through complex legal matters with professionalism, insight, and compassion.
