If anyone in the West Palm Beach FL area needs helps with elder law or Medicaid planning then you definitely need to retain Kitroser and Associates. My brother and I were having issues in getting our mother set up for Medicaid as her credit union did not want to accept the Power of attorney but Mr Kitroser’s office and staff were not only able to resolve that problem but were able to get the Qualified Income Trust that we needed set up in record time. They were more than forthcoming with answers to any questions we had and were very accommodating with payment of the retainer fees. Would definitely recommend them for anything of this sort because they know their stuff – just cannot stress that enough! Extremely satisfied with everything they did for us! If I could give 10 stars they would definitely deserve it!
