Cassandra Ward is an experienced litigator with well over a decade of experience. She dedicated the majority of her career to public service. Working at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, she served our county’s most vulnerable populations, most recently leading the Children’s Wellness Project, advocating for clients in long-term foster care and leading a team of legal professionals. In part, her work earned the project the distinction of “Outstanding Law Office” by the National Association of Counsel for Children (2021) and “Outstanding Champion for Children” by Florida’s Children’s First (2023).
Cassandra Ward went on to found Trident Law Firm, PLLC, where she specialized in estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. She has crafted tailored estate plans for high net worth clients, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Her ability to present complex legal concepts in accessible language has earned her a reputation for clarity and professionalism. Cassandra Ward also collaborates closely with financial advisors and accountants to provide personalized and comprehensive estate planning solutions.
Ms. Ward is actively involved in her community, she is a member of the Palm Beach Bar Association’s Probate and Guardianship Committee, the Craig S. Barnard Inns of Court, and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
